Mumbai- Local trains which are known as the lifeline of Mumbai, are turning into killer traps.
According to a railway report on 6 February, 11 people died and 12 were injured in rail accidents in various parts of the city. A number of death tolls in Central Railway are high. 9 people lost their lives in rail accident on the Central line and 8 were injured on the Western line. The numbers are said to be rising at Dadar, Kalyan, Dombivali.
Railway police are searching out for claimants of the bodies.
