After being appreciated for her work in Rhea Kapoor's Veere Di Wedding, Kareena Kapoor Khan is back with a new film. As announced earlier, she will be a part of Irrfan Khan starrer Angrezi Medium produced by Dinesh Vijan.
Sharing the information, Dinesh said, " Angrezi Medium is a very special film, and I'm excited that she's going to be a part of it. We wanted to introduce this character who would be taken forward in the franchises to come, and she's perfect for it. Here, she plays a cop -- a role she's actually never done before. We will be shooting in London this June, and it will be great to be back on set with her. She is a great addition to our franchise."
Irrfan Khan will be back on screen after a year's gap, where he was undergoing treatment for neuroendocrine tumour. He will be seen essaying the role of a sweetshop owner in the film. Angrezi Medium is a sequel of his previous film, Hindi Medium, which was critically acclaimed for the subject and performances.
