Sonakshi Sinha is one actress that is known for her versatality. And in the year 2019 she proved it with not one but four films which were all of different genres. In addition to the same, she has not shied away from doing a multi-starrer or a movie that rests entirely on her shoulders. In the year 2019, we also saw her make strides in the digital space as she was roped in to judged a digital reality show.
Now the actress has taken to her Instagram to announce her next after the success of Dabangg 3. Earlier today, Sonakshi Sinha announced that she will be making her acting debut in the digital space with a series which will stream on Amazon Prime. It is a crime thriller that is directed by Reema Kagti. While other deets of this web series are still awaited, we have got to know that Gulshan Devaiah, Sohum Shah and Vijay Verma will also be part of the show. In addition to this, the show will be produced by Excel movies and Tiger Baby films. Excel movies has had a successful collaboration with Amazon Prime in the form of Inside Edge series that has been well recieved.
In the past few days there was a lot of speculation around the actresses’ next project but today she has put all of them to rest with this annoucement. On the work front, Sonakshi is also working on Bhuj: The Pride of India, which is scheduled to release on Independence Day, 2020.
While we are happy that the actress will be something new and interesting in the time to come, we are still besoted by her performance in Lootera. It is a classic movie and Sonakshi was the heart and soul of the same. We hope that we get to see Sonakshi doing soemthing similar or making a similar mark with one of her performance real soon.
