Mumbai Rains, over the last few hours, has brought the city to a halt. Local trains have stopped, trees have fallen and many parts of the city are affected by water logging. Here are the LIVE updates:

• 4:05 pm - A 30-year-old man was found unconscious in his car in Sion and was declared dead at Sion Hospital
• 3:25 pm - According to some eye-witnesses, Dr. Amarapurkar fell into a manhole and the police recovered his umbrella from near it.
• 12:35 pm - Traffic moving slowly at the Sion flyover (northbound) due to road repair work
