With the rise of social media, several instances and videos across platforms are floating around where a ‘deathly rush’ is seen inside Mumbai local trains.
Adding another to the list, a recent video shows a man experiencing the commuters’ daily struggles of boarding and deboarding vigorously in local trains.
The video has been shared on micro-blogging platform X (formerly Twitter) by @gharkekalesh. The post has been shared with a caption that read, “Spirit of Mumbai Kinda Kalesh.”

In the video, a man can be seen desperately trying to come out of the crowded local train after struggling and fighting a little only to be met with a surge of people who were pushing their way in aggressively.
It turned out to be nastier after he fell off the train while people kept rushing into the train.
The clip went viral and drew a major reaction. The date and the exact location of the matter could not be confirmed.
The chaotic scene looked stressful enough that it left netizens sympathising with the passengers involved and Mumbaikars in general on the comments section.
