27 people from Navi Mumbai's Aroli area including young people and women are walking it up to Delhi and covering about 1500 km.

In fact, the 27-people group are taking their complaints to Prime Minister Narendra Modi as on May 9, 2017, MIDC demolished 400 houses in Airoli, Navi Mumbai, after which the people were left homeless.

They appealed to all the leaders of the state, but they weren’t attended to by the state and now, they’re off to address Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

A member of the team said that the poor people started their hunger strike, but no one talked about them, so now they will keep their problems in front of the Prime Minister and ask him to find a solution.

These people started the journey from Navi Mumbai to Delhi on October 3, 2017. They have now reached Udaipur covering about 768 km till Tuesday.
