There is very good news for Mumbaikars as well as people living in Maharashtra. The Maharashtra government has reduced the transfer premium for SRA flats from INR 1 lakh to INR 50,000. Along with this, the State Finance Minister Devendra Fadnavis said that Self-Redevelopment Financial Corporation will be established. It is being discussed now. Soon a capital fund will be prepared for self-redevelopment or development by bringing people together.

Cooperative department office in every ward of BMC

Minister Devendra Fadnavis said during a program that there will be an office of the Cooperative Department in each municipal administrative ward of Mumbai. Along with this, he said that the increased service charge of those 56 housing societies of MHADA Colony will be canceled now. The redevelopment of these institutions will be accompanied by camps through the 'MHADA Aplya Dari' initiative.
