On Wednesday, Rohit Sharma cleared the doubts about his fitness after he cleared the YoYo test. Clearing the air and taking a dig at critics, the Mumbai Indians skipper took to Twitter to give it back to them.
On June 15, the test was conducted and Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni cleared it whereas Ambati Rayudu failed to do the same. Sharma was missing at the test as he had asked BCCI for a postponed test since he had a sponsor commitment in Russia.
This is what India's vice-captain tweeted:
Dear... it’s no ones business how & where I spend my time.I’m entitled to have time off as long as I follow protocol.Let’s debate some real news shall we😊 & to a few channels,I had just 1 chance to clear my yo-yo that was today.Verification before reporting is always a good idea

BCCI GM (Cricket Operations), Saba Karim told PTI that it wasn’t required for the India opener to appear on the scheduled date since he had taken prior permission. While on the other hand, if Sharma had failed to clear the fitness test, BCCI had kept Ajinkya Rahane on standby to replace him.
The men in blue will begin their UK tour on June 27 with two T20 matches against Ireland in Dublin. Team India will depart for the tour on June 23 from Delhi.
