On Thursday, Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan wasn’t granted bail after the court heard all the sides in a hearing that lasted for hours. The court sent all eight into 14-day judicial custody, stated reports.

Aryan Khan’s interim bale plea is slated to be heard on Friday, with this Khan and the other seven will spend the night at the NCB office since their RT-PCR test will be undertaken prior to the commencement of his judicial custody. The case presented to the court on Thursday was one for all the eight arrested. However, according to reports, the interim bail plea that is scheduled to be conducted tomorrow is only for Aryan Khan and there are speculations that he might get bail since no drugs were found on him, mentioned reports.

The court, on Thursday, heard the Narcotics Control Bureau as well as the lawyers of those arrested. In the order, the judiciary stated that custodial interrogation isn’t needed since enough time was given for the investigation.

Based on accounts, the court found NCB’s plea for custody weak and is claimed to have mentioned that the agency had sufficient time to question the arrested along with those recently arrested. Therefore, the NCB wasn’t given custody and those arrested have been given judicial custody.
