On Thursday, Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Nawab Malik slammed the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) alleging collusion amongst the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the NCB in the drug case against Shahrukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan, stated reports.

During a press conference regarding this matter, he claimed that the drug bust in the cruise that caused the arrest of Aryan Khan seems like a fake case.

According to accounts, Malik elaborated that the pictures used as evidence which were released in the concerned case were taken from Sameer Wankhede the NCB Zonal Director’s office and since they weren’t from the spot it depicts that there wasn’t a seizure on the cruise, thus to him it seems like a fake case for publicity.

Earlier in the week a picture of Khan had gone viral with an unidentified person with many initially claiming that the man was an NCB official. However, the authority then stated that the man wasn’t with the agency. Malik has thus alleged that the man is a member of the BJP, further claiming that a person named Manish Bhanushali who was also seen in the office during the probe is a BJP worker, stated narratives.

The NCP leader further alleged that the agency is trying to malinger the state and the film industry in the city.
