Aryan Khan, Shah Rukh Khan’s son who was arrested on October 3 by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), has been sent to the NCB custody till October 7, claimed reports. On Monday afternoon, he was taken before a judge since his one-day NCB custody was completed today.

Satish Manshinde, who is a senior advocate is representing Aryan Khan, mentioned in court that no damning material was recovered from Khan. In addition, no possession or evidence of consumption. Reports claim that to this, the Additional Solicitor General of India stated that incriminating evidence was found from Khan’s mobile phone and thus, his custody was sought. However, Manshinde continued to hold his stance by stating that no recovery was made from Khan and items recovered were from the ship.

Apart from Khan, seven more have also been detained by the authority for questioning. These events occurred after drugs were recovered from a cruise party in Mumbai. The names of those arrested include Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Khan Merchant, Munmun Dhamecha, Nupur Sarika, Ismeet Singh, Mohak Jaswal, Vikrant Chhoker, and Gomit Chopra. Based on the arrest memo, apart from contraband, money was also seized post the raid. Accounts claim that the authority was working on this bust for the past two weeks.
