Kandivali - A thief was beaten to death in Laljipada, Kandivali. Maqsood (32) is the brother of local Congress party leader Istiyaq. Maqsood entered inside the Avadhram Enterprises located on 90 feet road, Kandivali which has already been burgled thrice. Keeping the security reason in mind few workers used to sleep inside the shop.
Maqsood was busy stealing materials, suddenly one of the workers woke up and alerted others. Maqsood tried escaping but he couldn't as the employees started beating him black and blue. The shop owner was informed by the employees, after which police also came in. Police have arrested three in the murder case.
