Deonar - Two thief broke into a car on Thursday at 12.00 pm in Deonar Village, Govandi. Car owner caught a thief red-handed while other escaped. The thief was beaten black and blue by the crowd and the owner of the car. What is surprising is not the thief who was caught and beaten, but no one came forward to file a complaint against the thief not even the owner of the car who is a government employee.
