Kalina- Mumbai city is known for its heritage sites. However, slowly and steadily, Mumbai is changing its origin. In order to preserve and maintain the heritage, Mumbai University has organised an exhibition wherein people will get to see classic and old items. Along with this, people will also be given knowledge about geology and archaeology subjects. This exhibition is being organised by Mumbai University’s Archeology and Geology department. “We visit many places in Mumbai which have heritage value but we are unaware of it. And so we are trying to make people aware of our heritage through this exhibition”, said Dr. Prachi Moghe.
