ShemarooMe announces the World Digital Premiere of their latest movie Paharganj

Spanish actor, model and writer, Lorena Franco’s Paharganj, one of the most anticipated movies of 2019, was recently released as an exclusive World Digital Premiere on ShemarooMe. It is expected that the movie will reach global audiences through the platform’s latest offering – ‘Bollywood Premiere’, which showcases critically acclaimed Bollywood movies every Friday.

Produced by Prakash Bhagat, the film boasts of renowned singers like Mohit Chauhan, Shalmali Kholgade and Kavita Seth who have given their melodious voices for the tracks. The entire movie is shot and based on Paharganj, a place in Delhi where flavours of mystery, mafia, tourism, crime, have been beautifully portrayed by the cast and crew of the movie. The narrative depicts multiple story lines ranging from a woman’s quest for her lost love, raging political war and battles between taboos and the urge to survive amongst all. The parallel stories lines are chaotic yet connected, featuring the crux of Paharganj aka The Little Amsterdam of India.
