During a job interview, only academics or percentage scored in colleges or universities will not suffice. The overall knowledge is equally important. EduTech companies, digital marketing companies, web portals and many others are offering remote internships. This is an excellent opportunity for students who want to earn while they learn. As the classes are online, it gives them a considerable amount of extra time in hand.
This extra time can be used to gain more experience or just fulfil their passion or a source to earn some extra pocket money.
This module is actually great especially for those students who can later enter the industries that allow WFH module.
For example, you are an undergraduate mass communication student in Univerity in Kolkata but you stay in Delhi. You can now appear for your classes or even appear for exams from Delhi home and also complete a relevant remote internship in professional writing for a company in Bangalore.
Choose Your Course Wisely
Last but not the least, if you are a 12th student who is wondering about which course to select for higher studies, then choose your courses keeping all the necessary aspects in mind. There are some streams that are gaining momentum in the job market yet there are not enough job takers as they don’t have either the necessary academic background or they don’t have the necessary experience. Upskilling them is more expensive for the organizations and hence, those fields are now in desperate need of skilled professionals. Data science, AI and cybersecurity are some of the streams that are actively looking to add more workforce.
