With the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) examinations slated to be held on October 31, 2021, the state government has issued a letter to the Railway Department. Through the means of the letter, the government wants the department to permit the candidates, officers and staff on deputation to travel by the local trains on October 30 and 31, stated accounts.

In a letter from the Maharashtra government to the regional managers of the Central Railways and Western Railway, it has been asked that the examinees, supervisors, as well as, the other officers and staff be permitted to travel by trains for the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) exams. They seek permission on October 30 and 31 so that students can appear for the exam seamlessly.

Based on reports, they ask that MS Innovative India Pvt Ltd also be allowed to travel by train for one day as it deals with the work of the MPSC examination. They recommend that this be done through valid tickets, and if required the examination tickets or hall ticket, employee ID card, in addition to personal or agency issued for the exams.

According to accounts, it is written in the letter that the deputation letter is signed and that the permission should be accorded.
