All across the country, students commute to schools with the help of buses provided and authorised by their institutions. However, there are several cases where the buses do not have an authentic permit. Bombay High Court on Tuesday ordered Maharashtra government to take action against those who are running school buses without a permit.

Bombay HC also directed the state government to beaware the commoners about safety rules while using the vehicles. The petition concerning the safety of school vehicles was filed by PTA United Forum and was heard by Justice Naresh Patil and Justice Girish Kulkarni.

The Chief Public Prosecutor, the congratulatory class, said that from June 22, the special campaign will be conducted till July 12, to investigate the ongoing school vehicles against the rules in the state, the court has given the deadline for July 17 to submit the report to the government.

Chief Public Prosecutor Abhinandan Vagyani informed that the government, from June 22, is inspecting the school vehicles which are on roads without any permit and it will go on till July 12. The High Court has asked the state government to submit a report on the same by July 17.
