According to the rules of the state government, now the producers will be forced to pay equal wages to everyone, not only this, but the workers in the entertainment industry will also be able to stop work and ask the producers and directors. Along with this, a separate new portal will also be created to register a complaint of a person working in the entertainment industry.
These rules will be applicable not only in films but also in serials, advertisements, OTT sector. Apart from this, the state government has also ordered to provide home transport facility to women artists and workers. For the past few days, the problems of the people in this area were coming to the fore. The Shinde-Fadnavis government has prepared this new regulation with the help of the cultural department after exchanging views on it.
