Bieber arrives in India for maiden concert in Mumbai

The youth singing sensation Justin Bieber has arrived in Navi Mumbai. Bieber arrived at Kalina Airport around 1.30 am in Chartered flight. Bieber is promoting his new album ‘purpose’. Around 45,000 ‘Beliebers’ are expected to attend the concert.

Hemant Nagrale, Navi Mumbai Police Commissioner stated that 500 security personnel along with 25 officers are deployed to ensure security at D Y Patil Stadium, Navi Mumbai. Salman Khan’s bodyguard Shera will also be present to ensure Bieber’s safety.

Harry Potter fame Elarica Johnson will host the mega event. The performances will begin at 4 pm. The stage is set for Grammy Award Winner. The opening act includes DJ artists such as DJ Sartek, DJ Zaeden and DJ Walker. Bieber started the ‘Purpose World Tour’ on 9 March last year in Seattle and will end it on 24 September in Tokyo.
