Vikas Bahl to Return to Super 30, All Sexual Misconduct Charges Cleared

Vikas Bahl had stepped down as the director of 'Super 30' as an employee of Phantom films had accused him of sexual harassment during the promotional tour of Bombay Velvet in 2015.  Reliance Entertainment which holds 50 per cent stake in Phantom ordered for an internal enquiry, however, in spite of repeated reminders the complainant did not appear before the committee. 

The #MeToo movement in India was started after Tanushree Dutta accused Nana Patekar of sexual harassment followed by many people coming forward to accuse many renowned names in the film fraternity.

When an employee from Phantom revealed her experience with Bahl, Hrithik Roshan tweeted that he doesn't want to be associated with anyone if he/she is guilty of any misconduct. He had further requested the producers to take a stand. 

In the wake of this, Anurag Kashyap, Vikramaditya Motwane and Madhu Mantena announced their cessation with Phantom Films . However now with the recent turn of events, Bahl is returning to his post as the director of Super 30.
