Vignharta Sarvajanik Ganesh Utsav Mandal of BDD Chawl 76-77 dedicated this year’s effigy for offenders due to which traffic constable Vilas Shinde lost his life.
The mandal members had made 51 feet tall effigy depicting the murderer of traffic constable. The effigy was burnt by the family members of traffic constable Vilas Shinde and police constable Rahul Kamble. Every year they come out with different ideas to celebrate Holi.
