Lalbaugcha Raja is undeniably the most visited and popular Ganpati idol in Mumbai where lakhs of Mumbaikars and people from across the country visit the mandal. It has always received exorbitant amount and gifts through their confers and donations.

Recently, an unnamed devotee had donated a gold dining set to Lalbaugcha Raja which was worth ₹50 lakhs. The festival concluded on September 12 and the counting of confers and donations is underway. The mandal has been conferred upon with 4 kg gold, 80 kg silver and the donation box collection is ₹6 crores. 

The auction of these items are underway and is all set to conclude in 2 days where the highest bidder receives it. Notably, Lalbaugcha Raja visarjan takes about 24 hours to complete due to the number of people paying last tribute to it.
