Chef Zorzoli’s culinary specials include dishes like Cozze “Alla vastese” (Abruzzese style baked mussels, aromatic herb crust, reggiano cheese), Costoletta alla olive (Skillet lamb chops with a kalamata olives, cherry tomato, white wine sauce), Merluzzo arrosto (Roasted Blue Cod steak, minted asparagus risotto), Brasato di agnello (Braised lamb rump, toasted hazelnuts, saffron sauce, porcini dust) and Ravioli di stufato (Homemade ravioli, Italian slow cooked lamb ragu, red wine pan gravy) amongst other classics.
