When Maharashtra Housing Development Authority’s (MHADA) Konkan Housing Board released its lottery for 9018 houses, only 55 applicants showed interest. But in the case of CIDCO’s lottery for 14,838 houses, around 2 lakh applicants filed. The CIDCO will be releasing their lottery on October 2, 2018.

CIDCO began the registration for houses from August 13 and it ended on September 15. Around 2.13 lakh applicants have shown interest for houses situated in Ghansoli, Taloja, Dronagiri, Kalamboli, and Kharghar.
The last date for registration ended on September 16, 2018, at 23:59 pm and CIDCO will publish a draft list of accepted applications at 6.00 pm on September 25, 2018. On September 28, around 6:00 pm, the final list of accepted applications will be published and the lottery will be released around 11.00 am on October 2 October 2018.
