The menu of this restaurant in made with different signs, so that customers can place their other and without any confusion waiters, the staff serves their customers.Even sign and signal boards are placed on the tables of the restaurant so that customers and the staff could easily communicate.
According to the restaurant owner, Prashant Isaar, initially, its was not so easy for them going by such a unique idea. Initially, owner and staff found it difficult to go with this new idea, but after overcoming the hurdles today Mirch and Mime is a popular restaurant.
