As per latest report, it has come to light that four incidents of firing have taken place in a month in Maharashtra. There have been several shooting incidents in the state recently.

However, Maharashtra has never seen such a firing in front of camera or during Facebook live. Such incidents question the law and order in the state as a whole. Therefore, "Is Maharashtra turning into UP, Bihar?" such a question is being raised.

Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanjay Raut has demanded the resignation of state Deputy Chief Minister and Home Minister Devendra Fadnavis.

4 shooting incidents in a month:

The first incident happened on January 5, 2024. Pune's notorious gangster Sharad Mohol was shot dead at the beginning of the new year. Mohol was killed by firing bullets throughout the day.

Another incident took place on February 2 in Ulhasnagar near Kalyan. The ruling BJP MLA Ganpat Gaikwad has opened fire in the Bhar police station. The BJP MLAs fired at the office bearer of the Shinde group.

The third incident took place on February 7 in Jalgaon. A former BJP corporator was shot at in Jalgaon's Chalisgaon. This incident happened in Hanuman Wadi in Chalisgaon city. Former BJP corporator Mahendra alias Balu More was sitting in his office when 4 to 5 youths with handkerchiefs tied around their faces shot at him. More's condition is critical and the CCTV footage of the shooting has come to light.

The fourth incident took place on February 8 in Dahisar, Mumbai. Former corporator Abhishek Ghosalkar was shot dead at close range. He is the son of former MLA Vinod Ghosalkar. Preliminary information has revealed that Morris, who shot Abhishek Ghosalkar, committed suicide by shooting himself.
