As the day for Maharashtra Assembly Election Polls 2019 comes to an end, the state recorded a voter turnout of 55 per cent by 5:50 pm. Alongside, around 44 per cent Mumbai City voters along with close to 47 per cent Mumbai Suburb voters had cast their votes by 5:50 pm for the Assembly Elections.

The highest voter turnout was recorded for Boisar with 60 per cent of voters exercising their Right To Vote.

The final report for the amount of voter turnout will be released by 8:00 pm as the voting booths were shut down at 6:00 pm for voters.
The assembly elections in Maharashtra were scheduled on October 21 and people went on to vote to elect their representative in 288 constituencies across the state.
