Azmi takes veiled potshots at MIM

Byculla- A Mahasabha was organised at Nagpada junction by the Samajwadi Party on Sunday, with party leader Abu Azmi addressing the audience.
During this meet, probable party candidates for the upcoming civic elections, Raees Sheikh, Ruksana Saeed and Wasim Sayyed from ward no. 211, 212, and 213 were also present. This meet was organised on the backdrop of forthcoming BMC elections.
Abu Azmi took a veiled dig at All India Majlise-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) president Asaduddin Owaisi during his talk, claiming the new entrants were simply eyeing the Muslim vote in the city, but have no track record of actually having done any work among the community. Along with this, SP presented a video about the works they did and their upcoming projects plans.
