The Congress government in Rajasthan has failed on all fronts and the state has gone back 15 years in terms of development. Rajasthan, which has been deprived of development, now needs a double engine government like Maharashtra and given the saffron environment in the state, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde asserted that change is inevitable on Thursday.

Voting for the Rajasthan Assembly elections is on November 25 and on the last day of campaigning, Shinde campaigned strongly for BJP candidates. Shinde did a road show in some places including Jaipur. Also, a Vijay Sankalp meeting was held for the campaign of Hansraj Patel in Kotputli Assembly Constituency. There is a saffron wave in Rajasthan and this time the BJP government will come to power with a majority.

In the last five years, the Congress government has cheated the people and the roads in the state are in a bad condition. Shinde also alleged that there has been an increase in corruption and oppression of women in Rajasthan and that the government has cheated the farmers. Strong development works are going on in Maharashtra due to the support of the Modi government at the Centre. Under NaMo Shetkari Samman Yojana, farmers in Maharashtra are given 12,000 rupees annually and BJP has assured to start this scheme in Rajasthan as well.

Shinde expressed his belief that Prime Minister Narendra Modi stands firmly behind the farmers and if a double engine government comes in Rajasthan like Maharashtra, the state will progress.
