In this caricature, Raj Thackeray takes a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his way of functioning. On one hand, we have Mahatma Gandhi with his ideologies and honest principles, and on the other, Narendra Modi with his ‘experiments with lies’.
Even before this, Raj Thackeray has been targeting Modi-government over the bullet train project, the recent tragic Elphinstone stampede and also made claims that BJP is negotiating terms with Dawood Ibrahim for his surrender to win elections.
