Mulund police hold flag march to inspire voter confidence

SHARES

Mulund- The Mulund police held a Flag March through the suburb on Sunday to appeal to citizens to cast their vote in the BMC elections on Tuesday, without fear or favour.

Through the rally, the Mulund police say they wish to convey a message that they have made all proper arrangements to ensure that the polls are conducted smoothly.

Mulund DCP Sachin Patil was also present in the Flag March, along with his team. Patil said most of the people do not use their right to cast their vote,  to choose a representative of their choice. Election campaigning wound to a stop on Sunday evening and the countdown for the polls to be held in the city has now begun.
