Malwani – Thousands of Muslim people opposed the Central Government’s open survey for the triple talaq here at Gate No. 8 ground. Muslim religious leader from Bareilly in UP, Mohammad Akhtar Raza Khan Azhari, criticised the Central government and warned it of severe repercussions in prime minister Narendra Modi interferes in the Shariat laws. Obliquely criticising Modi, Azhari put a question mark on Modi’s married life.

He also claimed that 30 percent reservation to Muslims in the Indian Armed Forces would help to win over Pakistan. Meanwhile, politics over triple talaq has been gaining momentum as Congress MLA Aslam Shaikh termed the Central government’s open survey as a move kept an eye on the Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections.
