Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut says Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat’s name is being seriously considered for the post of President of the nation.
In an exclusive interview to Mumbai Live, Raut said that nominating Mohan Bhagwat’s name for the presidency would enable the Bhartiya Janata Party to complete the cycle of Hindutva and 'transform Bharat as Hindustan'. If Mohan Bhagwat is nominated for the presidential election, the Shiv Sena woul back the proposal, Raut said. Bhagwat will be the best option for the 'conception of this Hindu nation', Raut said.
About Sena MP Ravindra Gaikwad being blacklisted by airline companies for his misbehaviour with an Air India employee recently, Raut reacted by saying that Shiv Sena condemns airline companies for blacklisting a Member of Parliament and that Shiv Sena MPs would protest against this act in the Lok Sabha.
Sanjay Raut pointed out that no action was taken against stand up comic Kapil Sharma when created a nuisance on a recent flight. He condemned Air India for its double standards and said action should first be initiated against the airline instead.
