Bandra - Traffic police initiated action against traffic rules violators after the death of youth on the Western Express Highway on Saturday night. The police have fined 50 traffic rules violators by erecting barricades at various places on Monday. Most of these violators were slapped fine ranging from Rs 100 to Rs 3000.
