All eyes are set on Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman as she is all set to make a major 'budge' in the 2019/20 Union Budget. In the 89th Union Budget, Nirmala Sitharaman is the first full-time woman Finance Minister of India. Notably, Indira Gandhi became the first woman Finance Minister in 1970 to present the budget, however, this was an additional portfolio she held along with being the Prime Minister.
