Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray) party chief Uddhav Thackeray on Thursday alleged that the BJP has used many people including Mamata Banerjee, Jayalalitha, Samata Party and others along with the Shiv Sena. Thackeray predicted that the voters of Kasba assembly constituency got out of the illusion of many years, now the illusion of the voters in the country will also be removed.
In a press conference, Thackeray expressed his opinion about the decision of the Supreme Court Constitution Bench that a committee consisting of the Prime Minister, the Leader of the Lok Sabha Opposition and the Chief Justice of India should be appointed for the Kasba by-election result and the appointment of the Chief Election Commissioner. Welcoming the decision given by the Supreme Court regarding the Election Commission, Thackeray said, if the tyranny is not stopped in time, the dictatorship will strengthen. The commission has also done injustice to us.
About BJP's defeat in the town, Thackeray said, "This decision has shown that the voters are aware and can think. Use and throw away is BJP's politics. Tilak's family was used and thrown away in Kasba. People were upset because of that. Girish Bapat was used when his health was not good. BJP did the same with former Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar. After his demise, they did not pay attention to his son. Thackeray also said that because of Maha Vikas Aghadi, Kasba by-election was won in the town and BJP's votes have also decreased in Chinchwad.
