Kingfisher House will be put on auction for the sixth time and the price which was at a whopping INR 150 Cr has come down to INR 82 Cr in a few months. 



The e-auction will be held on December 19 between 11:00 am and 12:00 noon according to the advertisement released by Debt Recovery Tribunal (Karnataka), Department of Financial Services, Kingfisher House (Kingfisher Airlines Mumbai office).

Apart from his Mumbai office, 9 vehicles of Kingfisher House have been priced at INR 4,90,000.

The interested bidders are required to pay the incremental amount of INR 50 lakh in advance. On 31 May, despite bringing down the reserve price to INR 93.50 crore, there was not a single bidder for this controversial immovable property of Mallya admeasuring 2401.70 square meters.
