India’s special athletes made the country proud in the World Winter Games 2017. The games were held in Austria, Indian athletes won 37 gold. Former World Wrestling Entertainment Tag Team Champions Big E and Kofi Kingston have come to India. The WWE superstars met special athletes in a suburban hotel on Wednesday.
Present at the moment were eight athletes and coach. The WWE stars even posed for photos with special athletes.
WWE and Special Olympics announced an international alliance to help create change through sports in the year 2016. WWE will support Special Olympics’ Play Unified campaign, which fosters friendships, understanding and inclusive communities among people with and without intellectual disabilities. WWE will utilise its global network to generate awareness and support for Special Olympics.
