As per RBI, all the ATMs who do not have updated softwares need to get it done as soon as possible. Following this directive, a number of banks across the country have shut down their ATMs and have started off with their process of updating the softwares installed in them.

The complete tech world in 99 countries seems to be already shaken by a sudden cyber attack that happened at the same time for all. The attack caused loss of innumerous files and abrupt shutting down of systems for a number of people. As a matter of fact, it was said that the virus attacked more than two lakh systems in 150 countries. Various multinational companies, banks, and hospitals are using high-end antivirus softwares so as to secure their data.

Ransomware is a computer virus program that can completely damage all the system files and locks the entire system. In fact, the virus is a strong one and as the name suggests, you will have to pay a certain amount of ransom so as to protect your files and failing to pay it within the stipulated time will only increase the amount of the ransom money.
