Mumbai- The "Laal Dabba" as it is known colloquially is now geared up for accountability in the digital age. Generally we are used to filth, broken seats & windows & uncomfortable journeys when we think of the ST bus.
But now, commuters will be able to complaint about the same. State government is planning to bring in call centers that will solve ST bus commuter’s woes. This will be open for 24 hours.
Currently, there is a toll free number 1800221250 where commuters can register their complaints but now there will be a full fledged call center for your grievances. This 24 hours call center will be launched in coming six months.
