Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy not only brought rap culture on to the big screen but has also sparked a sensation throughout the country of using its songs for various purposes. For example, political parties Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Congress had fought a social media war as they posted their respective versions of Azadi on Twitter.
After which, Western Railways have used the song, ‘Apna Time Aayega’ to warn the travellers boarding trains without tickets. The song has been titled ‘Tera Time Aayega’ and is a warning for ticket-less passengers. The song stars a Western Railways’ Ticket Checker (TC) in a one-minute long video.
A special message for some of our fellow passengers who travel in local trains without a ticket. Western Railway requests you to travel with an appropriate ticket, as travelling without a ticket is not only a punishable offence but is also a social crime. #TeraTimeAayega pic.twitter.com/Za1gBF6Kzu

While travelling without tickets is a criminal offence, people still board the trains due to lack of severity of checking the tickets at railway stations.
