Bollywood singer Mika Singh has been arrested in Dubai on the charge of sexual harassment and sending objectionable pictures to a 17-year-old Brazilian model. As per a report in republicworld.com, Singh has been kept at the Muraqqabaat police station.
According to the latest update, Singh will be presented in court for the hearing.
Singh has sought consular access and the embassy staff is working on his case, Indian Ambassador to the UAE Navdeep Singh Suri was quoted as saying in the report. "Our team is at the police station. We are working on it," he said.

He had promised her a job in a Bollywood movie, Gulf News reported quoting sources. The 'Subah Hone Na De' hitmaker was last seen on stage at a Bollywood awards ceremony followed by a performance at a private party.
Prior to this incident, he was accused of forcibly kissing Bollywood’s controversial actress Rakhi Sawant.
Meanwhile, official sources in New Delhi said that Singh was detained at 3:00 am and legal proceedings were being initiated against him.
