Few days ago we reported how digital hoarding placed at the Pump House Subway Junction in Andheri East was affecting commuters. Many expressed their rage and put forth how dangerous it can be for commuters. Finally, the ward K/E of BMC took the cognizance and wrote to the advertisers to reduce the brightness of the said hoarding and other hoardings in the same area. The letter has rules and regulations on how digital hoarding should be placed.
We also shot the video to check if the same has been done and can see the visible difference. The below video we shot on January 23.
Below is the video we shot a few days ago of the said digital hoarding which was very bright and as we said it could blind the commuters for few seconds.
