Girgaum - This has been happening time and again, construction work gets completed but the debris remains there. Debris outside the gate of the V.P.road police station is stacked up. Mosquitoes are breeding because of the debris. The construction work of the police colony started five months back, the work has been completed. Resident Ajay Patil told Mumbai Live that they have reported the matter to BMC , but no action has been undertaken.
