Kumbharwada - Darkness has clouded Kumbharwada streets in Girgaon from past five days. Residents have witnessed major problems because of no street lights. Street lights have gone defunct, cases of theft in shops have been reported, illegal parking of vehicles, criminal activities and much more are expected to occur.
