Mumbai has been experiencing heavy downpour which has resulted in traffic disruption all across the city. With delays in the immersion of one and a half day Ganpati's to waterlogging in many areas, several factors have added to the traffic woes. Andheri and Khar subway have been closed and there's heavy traffic in the Western Express Highway between Kandivali and Goregaon.
