Enforcement Directorate has summoned Raj Kundra, the husband of Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty, in connection with the Bitcoin scam. ED asked Kundra to be present before it on Tuesday only.
Earlier, the main accused in the scam, Amit Bhardwaj was arrested from Pune. However, the police suspect that many more big names might be connected to this case.

Amit Bhardwaj started a website named gatbitcoin.com through which he looted millions of rupees from the people. This bitcoin scam is worth ₹2,000 crores. Also, Kundra has been indulged in IPL betting too. Accused of fixing, Kundra was banned for a lifetime to participate in any kind of activities related to cricket.
Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra were co-owner of the IPL team – Rajasthan Royals. During the investigation for the IPL betting case, Raj Kundra had confessed over the accusation made against him for fixing. After this, Rajasthan Royals was banned for two-years.
