Punjab National Bank (PNB) scam main accused and fugitive businessman Nirav Modi was spotted in London early morning on Saturday. In a video released by the UK-based newspaper ‘The Telegraph’, the wanted diamond billionaire can be seen roaming on the streets of London staying mum when confronted by the reporter.
Reacting to the same, the Indian government on Saturday said that they are waiting for the United Kingdom to respond. Earlier in July last year, India had requested Britain to extradite Nirav Modi along with uncle Mehul Choksi who is another main accused in the ₹13,000 crore bank fraud.
