Painter Zakir Hussain bags First Prize in Kerala

International art competition was held in Kerala. Art teacher from Anjuman-I-Islam school in Kurla, Mr. Zakir Hussain won the first prize in the competition. Zakir Hussain in his paintings has always conveyed a social message. Zakir Hussain has won many laurels to name the few:- First Prize at Salaam Bombay (2008), Art Society of India (2014), Indian Royal Academy of Karnataka (2015). Best Painting award (2016) in the competition conducted by Prafulla Dahanukar Art Foundation.
